PYTHON FOR BEGINNERS is a beginner-level live online course designed to provide an introduction (or refresher) to the fundamentals of Python programming that are necessary to forging a new career in data science. This course will also provide you the ability to tackle courses in data science, particularly our Introduction to Data Science part-time course and full-time immersive Data Science Bootcamp.
BEGINNER PYTHON & MATH FOR DATA SCIENCE is a beginner-level live online course designed to provide an introduction to the building blocks essential to developing data science skills or forging a new career in the field. This course covers everything you’ll encounter during the bootcamp application process.
INTRODUCTION TO DATA SCIENCE is an intermediate-level live online course that provides a well-rounded intro to the core concepts and technologies taught within the bootcamp, including basic machine learning principles and hands-on coding experience. Plus, you’ll put it all to practice through a mini data science project of your own.
THE BOOTCAMP APPLICATION is 3 steps and requires that students have some experience with programming and statistics. To start, applicants complete an online application by answering background questions and completing a small Python programming exercise. The second step assesses your stats, probability, linear algebra, calculus and Python skills. The final step is an online interview with one of our graduates who now works in the data science industry.
